- Wipe all door glass inside & out

- Dust behind furniture that can be reached
- Dust/polish tops, fronts/sides of furniture moving items & knick knacks, trophies, etc.
- Vacuum under edges of large rugs/remove & vacuum smaller rugs
- Wipe all door/door frame smudges
- Dust under furniture that can be reached, including under cushions
Kitchen:
- Wipe counters/backsplash/sinks/faucets
- Wipe outside of all appliances including range hood
- Wipe out drip pans
- Wipe table top
- Wipe inside of microwave
- Dust under stove & refrigerator
- Remove all items on counters, wipe clean & replace
- Spot clean outside of cabinet doors/drawers
- Wipe tops & undersides of table/chairs
- Wipe lower portion of window above sink
- Wipe small appliances
- Wipe underside of range hood
- Hand dust under cabinets
- Vacuum & mop floor
Bathrooms:
- Clean/disinfect tubs/showers/sinks/faucets/ toilet bowls
- Dust light fixtures
- Wipe mirrors
- Vacuum & mop floors
- Treat mildew (bleach supplied by client)
- Wipe area around toilet base & floor by hand
- Wash baseboards
- Wipe items on counters/in tub & shower areas
- Cabinets wiped
Bedrooms:
- Vacuum inside closets
- Make beds
- Change linens (when requested)
- Vacuum under beds/ furniture, where accessible
Laundry Room:
- Wipe washer & dryer
- Vacuum & mop floor
- Dust sides & under washer & dryer

We do everything we would in a Premium Clean, but include the following:
High-Dusting to include:
- (Outside) Front & back porch ceilings or overhangs on deck.
- Inside of all closets
- Inside of all window frames & blinds
Vacuum & then wipe out: (Move-in/out only)
- Inside of kitchen cabinets
- Inside of bathroom cabinets
- Inside of any medicine cabinets
- Inside of laundry room cabinets
- Top shelves of all closets
Clean & wipe out:
- Dishwasher, including racks & silverware bin
- Refrigerator, including door shelving & all bins – ALSO, remove large bins & clean refrigerator underneath bins before replacing with clean bins
- Use Oven Cleaner to clean inside of oven.
When finished cleaning kitchen & bathrooms:
- Premium wood cleaner used on outsides of all wooden cabinets, removing as much dirt and grease as possible.
Outside:
- Broom sweep porch, deck and all outside steps, and front sidewalk
